They keep there meat at some temperature in the freezer at like 37º or some number like that cold enough to keep it good but not cold enough to be in freezing temperatures. Therefore it is never frozen

What does your manager do in this situation or what have they done for repeat customers who complain about repeated mistakes/problems with orders.....???

FYI - Not to intrude your little convo but the one time I called to complain I called some number (sorry I don't have it anymore) and it was some corporate complaint line (I think the number may be on the cups?) and I told them the problem. I bought one Big Mac they sent me 2 coupons, each for one free BigMac. But other than that one problem I've never had a problem the the Mcd'* around here.

Why when I ask for a Sausage McMuffin do you ask me if I want Egg on it? Isn't the Sausage McMuffin Different then the Egg And Sausage McMuffin?
And when i say No Just A Sausage McMuffin Do you always hand me a freaking Egg and Sausage McMuffin.
Secondly...
When I order 5 Double Cheese burgers NO PICKLES do I always get 2 with freaking PICKLES... WTF?
ok im done
Oh and Next time I say Coke with No ICE i mean NO ICE ... lol
