Can you take some screen shots of the site from IE 7 and post them?

I TOTALLY agree with this one. About 10 years ago you couldn't drive around Boise without seeing a billboard with Ron Storey'* picture on it. That can get expensive, but I think having your photo on your cards and your web site might help.

I'm not convinced your changes make it look any better. Please don't be offended by my comments. I work as a Business Analyst and Project Manager on website redesign proejcts...so, I've got a fair amount of experience.

--The text is very large, as are the buttons.
--The graphics are weak and almost resemble a site that was built in the 90s with "loud" graphics using poorly written Flash.
--There'* an incredible amount of white space. It'* very bright, and should be toned down to a light gray.
--I run my monitor at 1024x768 and still have to scroll left to right.
--As a general rule of thumb, the home page shouldn't pane more than what'* viewable in the browser window. Vertical scroll isn't good on a home page!
--The use of Times New Roman looks very canned. Switch it up a little. Find a font that more soothingly conveys your message.
--Instead of using cartoons, consider using real-life images. It gives your visitors something to relate to. Consider www.gettyimages.com
--And, I would add a promotional hot spot on the home page. Link it to a coupon or something. It will help drive traffic to the site.

Have you submitted the site to the major web crawlers? Maximize the use to keywords to help it come up in applicable search results on Yahoo, Google, etc.

Those are my thoughts in the minute or two I have right now. I'll add more later...

Have you Googled the topic of starting a Chiropractic business? I did and found several sites right on the first page with some pretty good articles.

I was the 6th visitor to your site.
Not bad. ......"We've got your back". I like that motto.

None of the buttons worked for me though.......Time out error. :?

I don't know if they was said yet, couldn't read everything cause I have to step out, but if your doing it for sports, trying going to some local school'* ( highschools, colleges ) and talk to them about your place, give info, business cards..Cause I know when I was in highschool ( last year lol ) my soph. year I blew out my knee in football and I didn't know who to go to and my coach told me a place to go for them to check it out, operate, and then chiropraticer for any pains they can try to help way after the operation...And I tell you what I would of never of known were to go without him, now that I do its great!

So try talking to some coaches...

And if I was lived by you I would go to you..

May I offer a suggestion.....

The coupon offer tells me to walk in it'* gonna cost me $100 up front, no matter what my complaint is. That means if somebody doesn't want to commit the $100, they're going elsewhere.

I see a chiropractor locally. Been seeing him for years. Was very skeptical for my first visit, but I was desperate to solve a nagging problem. Here'* how he hooked me.

The first "consultation" was a max of 1 hour at no cost. I was invited to come in, discuss my problem and he would tell me if he thought I even needed treatment. If I didn't need treatment, I was out the door at NO COST. Well, I couldn't pass up a free look see, since I had nothing to loose. Well, he said I had a problem he could address, and gave me a minor adjustment for the free visit also. He knew I needed multiple visits. I came back 3 times a week, then 2 times a week, then 1 time a week, than a year later, when I needed an adjustment. It all started with a consultation that was free and if I didn't need his services, it cost me nothing.

Kinda like the lawers that say we don't get paid unless we get money for you. Well, if they don't know if they need you or not, you can impart some education on their problems, and if they think you're valuable to their good health, they will return. And importantly, they'll tell their friends of the fair treatment by you and there'* your needed word of mouth advertising. That initial key is entice them in the door.

The website said only 12 visits when I looked. Might want to artifically bump that number to say 1,249 or so. 12 says, nobody looks at this guy, why should I?

Just my .02 worth. Hope it gives you some ideas.
