Throw away all the stuff you never use. That'* always the best place to start!

Yes. Had a garage sale friday and saturday. Didnt make much of anything but unloaded a lot of, crap, and have some room now. Need to get stuff off the floor and on to walls some how. But how. I know shelfs. But is there a better way to do shelfs? Or self made something. On low to no budget?

Get some containers for stuff. Big plastic tubs work great, you can throw all your plumbing/electrical/painting/etc into corresponding containers.
Put crap back in it'* right place when you're done using it. All messy garages I see are a mess because people are too lazy to put things back where they belong when done using said item.

Use the plastic tubs, they're fairly inexpensive, and kinda waterproof.
