Default Nasty Exhaust Tips? Tips on cleaning your Tips..pics within!

Alrighty, i wiped down the whole car today, as usual, and i noticed my exh tips were not a highlight on the car...since i know these come polished from the factory, i set out to find something that would work..
WELL I did...
CLR Metal Polish, worked in with SOS pads..that did the trick! and WELL!!!

Hey let us know if it holds up in the long run. I did the same thing using bare metal clearcoat, and my tips corroded right through the clearcoat, as if i hadn't done a thing.

Looks good- Sharp!

Question though, does the SSE have polished tips like those? Mine are black, I can't tell if it'* from neglect or if the SSE'* had black-finish and not polished tips.
