Just in case you guys are interested, here are some pictures of "progress" with a 97 Mercury Sable with a 3.0L Duratec V6. If anyone has any information on a firing order for this (ignition coils), that would be great. The Autozone-provided order is for another 3L V6 evidently. This engine has timing belts instead of a timing chain, and the emissions-oriented actuator is found on top of the engine. This engine is not in the 96-05 Sable repair manuals.
