as of 2000 my towns pop was 1296


LOL biggest town in my county is hart with 1950 as of 2000 hahahaha

You guys realize that New York has some of the lowest murder rates its seen in recent years, right? Its not like thousands of people are getting murdered. This isn't Compton, Donnie, there are rules.

As well, whites and asians aren't being killed or targeted for the most part because they don't normally live in the the innercity urban parts (well unless you bar China town from that catergory, which I will get to in a minute). Black on black, or brown for that matter, crime is sad and pretty prevalant because kids aren't raised right, go out in the street and develop these otherwise irrational schemas and think they need to kill each other because they have something to prove.

Chinatown, where theres a dense population of Asians, may not have high murder rates, but the alleged corruption by the elite who live there take advantage of the programs for the poor who live there.
