Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you got a heck of a deal! The previous owner must have really liked the car to invest in all of the repairs. The thermostat would be a good investment for you. Easy to replace, and the cost is minimal. Aside from that is sounds like the basics have been covered although I didn't see anything about plugs and wires. I generally put a brand new set on any car I buy and plan on keeping. A good set of iridium plugs and wires can last you 100,000 miles or more so it'* kind of a do it once and forget about it kind of thing. If the ones in the car are starting to look worn, I'd think about replacing them.
