Yeah, I thought the same thing when I first saw the car. I mean, how many 14-year-old paint-jobs do you find that still look like that? The only, and I mean only defect, is a scratch from where the previous owner missed the key-hole, and it'* under 1/4" long. Not noticable at all. Not even any chips from the highway, wind damage, or bottomed-out scratches on the front bumper. (The front bumper does sag pretty low. I had to put down a couple of pieces of wood before the actual ramps to do my last oil-change.) But yeah, I'm totally sold on keeping the car entirely for myself. Now all I have to do is learn to control my foot with all that power... With it'* 18-gallon tank, it can really be a downer to fill-up.
Now for the really great part. Guess how much I paid for the thing total?
-$2,400-
Talk about an excellent deal. Kelly Blue Book was asking somewhere in the neighbourhood of $3,500.

Gotta say though, the ride is smooth and I was quite impressed at the passing power I had when the bumper huggers got after me.
I looked back after mashing the pedal about 3/4 down and the car behind me was way back!!
LOVE IT!!

Tell me about it. It cost me $27.50 to fill it from just under a 1/4 tank and then I go and burn off half of that taking a 100+ Mile ride.
