Wouldn't a cracked block be easy to see, i have never seen one before. I think this is a gasket type issue, all the noise appears to be coming from around the plenum. If it is coming from below and being heard through the plenum is unknown so far.

I do seem to remember hearing about cracked UIMs If that'* the case it would explain why your not correcting the problem. On the plus side, pulling the UIM again is easy. What I would suggest is pressurizing the cooling system, you should here the bubbling. then remove the UIM. It should still be wet where it'* leaking. May help you find the problem.

Yes, we did both heads (new bolts) torqued to spec, ANOTHER new LIM (we used the 1st one improperly) torqued to spec, new plenum gasket (torqued to spec), new EGR gasket (I think its the egr )(torqued to spec), a few O rings that went on hoses, new plugs new wires new oil, new antifreeze, That'* about it that I can think of off the top of my head.
I had a few sorrows drowning whiskeys since i got home lol. So don't be surprised if you say, why didn't you change this.. and i go oh yea and that too.
Thanks for the info so far everyone! By the time i finish this little project, I'm going to know the bonne'* secret parts better than i know my woman'*.

If a guy needs to buy a new intake, will a super charged on fit into the motor as long as its both the intake and supercharger?
Were pretty certain that the intake is messed up :(.

You planning to change the LIM/UIM for a new LIM/supercharger? What you going to do about the supercharger? You can pull the snout and rotors and install a block off plate. That should work though.

I did a little edit to your last message. Please refrain from using profanity. Thanks.

I'm sorry man, I usually do. I'm a casual swearer, and I'm a little pissy right now. I wont do it again .
So basically to change to a super charger, it would be more than a new gasket? I was just thinking if I'm at a junkyard and i find one, could i use it or not? This car is quickly becoming a beast of burden to me, and will quite possibly be sold after it runs, I'm not sure i trust its integrity anymore. No one likes driving a car they always fear will strand them somewhere. I don't wanna have to work on it any more than i have to. lol
