We opened the rear head, and it looks like there was no problem. The little holes not sure what they are called were a little plugged up. So if the head gaskets and the intake gaskets are all new and replaced. What else could be the issue? Can the plenum allow an antifreeze leak into the motor?

Yes it can. If it leaks it can flow right in to your intake.

I agree with Dan, not good if the plenum is leaking.

never really heard of our head gaskets ever going bad. but hay as long as it'* apart check them out.

We don't think it is leaking though. We triple inspected it and it seems perfect. What possible situations could cause coolant in the engine?
Intake, Plenum, heads, anything else? both heads were fine, right now the only possible solution is that the head we replaced isn't working properly. What may happen with over torqued LIM gaskets, they were in for a few hours and out again once it leaked, but they seem perfect also. They were torqued to 24 as per some bad advice heh.....

OK, you need to step back and ask, where is the coolant? Is it in the oil? If yes, the LIM is leaking in to the cam area. Is the coolant being burned in the cylinder? That could be the head gasket, you've ruled that out. It could be the LIM, this is where I'm leaning. If you over torqued it it could be leaking in to the intake. Could be the plenum. I suggest a new gasket just to be safe. It could even be a throttle body gasket.

Well I'm posting off my phone. I hope it works. We never checked the throttle body. We will. The antifreeze isn't really in the oil. Antifreeze seems to be getting into the crank shaft area though.

Give a good close inspection of each and every gasket around every cooling jacket. Also look for any crushed gaskets. Lay a straight edge on the sealing surfaces to make sure nothing is warped.

Hey....it'* me again... lol

We may have found our problem, the stupid GM kit we purchased (stupidly) didn't have the set of 3 replacement O rings in it (WTF). So we now needlessly ripped both heads off the motor after we replaced the LIM once, did one head, it leaked we pulled it all apart and did the rear head. Now we have this new kit, and were standing out there like ... ohhhhhh.
So i'v now reviewed the LIM part again, and the part about these o rings. Just to clarify, so i dont have more incidents, the black ring goes on the pipe sticking up and the red ones both go on the elbow (one in there and the other on the outside)? Were kinda foggy over here and need a little more info before we screw up again.
