I sent over 40 emails to the Executive Board, the Executive resolution team, and various members of GM and got zero response from anyone that I emailed. All I got was a few responses from someone who has no abilities to make a decision. I have been a loyal superfan of GM for the last 35 years. I have owned over 50 GM vehicles in my lifetime and I have purchased 18 from my local dealer in the last 20 years. I have spent so much of my money on GM vehicles that I figured that I would at least be heard. NOPE! (BTW, my local dealer is the absolute best dealer in the world as far as I am concerned.)
We, as GM customers, are throw away as far as GM is concerned.
They might think one customer does not matter. That one customer isn't going to make a difference to the bottom line. But here is the thing, with that thinking, one customer becomes 10, ten becomes 100, and one hundred becomes 1000, and so on. I don't even have to be a part of this. This will happen to them like it has to other car companies that forget about their loyal customers.
