2006 chevy 2500 LBZ - OBD2 not reading with scanners, checked the 4/5 pin for ground (good) but the 16 pin is getting no power. Checked cig/aux fuses which are all good.

As a side note thieves attempted to steal my truck and damaged the ignition which was replaced and my horn no longer works. Could this be related to the OBD2 not working?

Where to go from here with the OBD2?

all aux and cig lighter works, wires look good. trying to trace back under the dash the 16pin wire gets lost in a harness. any ideas how to follow that 16pin wire?

Do we know why the horn doesn't work?

i do not, it does work off the fob but not by hand on the wheel. im gong to try and dig into it this week.

horn works now, a simple contact spring adjustment.

anyone have a diagram to help me follow the obd2 hot wire?
