No. It'* similar to this which flowmaster confirms is a direct replacement. Looks like I need a donut gasket for the muffler joint and two of the triangular gaskets for the pipe to manifold connections?

I checked there a few times. Everything I've found is pretty confusing. Even Walkers schematic doesn't show a gasket between the intermediate pipe and y-pipe. Guess i'll just have to remove the original one and see which gaskets are in there and go to the parts store after.

That would probably be your best bet. But, if your going to do that, go to a dealer parts dept. They can pull up schematics of your exhaust based off of your VIN# and give you the correct part. Unfortunately, they are a tad more expensive vs the parts stores, but worth it in the long run without the running around hassle.

Well, it looks like the piece that connects to the intermediate pipe is not supposed to have a gasket. On the way home from work I'm picking up a Walker 31718 & 31554 as well as a felpro 61323 for the heck of it. It'* only a few bucks and i'll save twice the cost of it in gas if i end up needing it.
