Default Car Running bad - autozone tested and now i'm confused.

I have a 2002 SLE V6 (not supercharged)
I started her up this morning and the engine is running real rough. Feels like a miss in the engine. Sputters when you accelerate and feels like its going to die when braking or stopping. The service engine soon light was on now its flashing. I had autozone do their diagnostic test and it gave 4 different codes.

(p0404) - says egr system fault - failed egr pressure and position sensor where applicable, failed egr valve.
(p1404) - egr valve stuck open, carbon blockage of the pintle, failed egr
(p0306) - cylinder misfire detected - cylinder 6, ignition system fault-spark plugs, wires, coil, vacuum leak, injector fault, high or low fuel pressure.
(?)- evap purge/vent solenoid circuit condition, purge or vent solenoids defective, fuel saturated vapor canister, failed evap vent solenoid.

DAMN!

I have already replaced my egr a month ago, and 6 months ago I did my plugs and wires. Should I recheck everything? Can anyone please help me figure out what my next step should be????? PPPPPLLLLEEEAAASEEEE

Sure sounds like a vacuum leak to me. Start checking the hoses and spray carb cleaner around all the vac lines, LIM gaskets, and EGR tubes. Listen for a RPM change.

If you read the fsm EGR position is measured within the EGR. If the pintle is stuck open, the car will run and act like a vacuum leak due to the exhaust pouring through the open valve.

It would be worthwhile for all of us to read how the EGR works in the above link. Great info to know.
