Default Auto start/stop

I have a 2019 Chevy Silverado Rst 5.3 V8 engine. The issue im having is when I come to a complete stop the truck shuts off as it should but when it starts back up there'* a big kick like if I got rear ended. I have brought the truck to the dealership 3 different times and they say nothing is wrong because there'* no check engine light on and they can't duplicate the issue but when I'm driving it happens. Anyone else having this issue? If so can you share what you have done to fix this problem.

Does it do it every time? If so, did they see it happen?

no it doesn't happen every time but it does happen multiple times a day while driving. The dealership did not experience it while they had my truck.

So it happens every other time or so. They never test drove it if that'* the case. Take it to a good independent shop.
Drive it for them so there'* no doubt.
I would be looking at the pressures (tranny) when it happens. Are regulated pressure and line pressure the same?

Is it still under warranty? If so, schedule time with the dealership to take a technician for a ride for a while so they can observe the problem. Then they can document that they observed the problem and you can point at them until they fix it.

If it'* not under warranty then do what carfixer007 said above ^^^^^^^

Dealerships have moved more and more towards "diagnostics" via scanning the computer and have lost a lot of experienced technicians that can feel what a car is doing and diagnose that. It'* too bad, but true.

I will definitely speak with the dealership again and see if the technician can go for a drive with me. My factory warranty just expired but I do have a extended warranty 5yr 100k bumper to bumper.

I'm curious what happens on this one.
