Question 2004 ENVOY Need Help Hot & Cold

The dual air temp control on the Pass. side when put in the cold position it blows hot air and vise versa, is there an actuator or something I can look for to fix this problem? Also the wife got home last night and says the Pass. side will only blow cold air no matter where she puts the slider, I say no way as I know it is going thru 1 heater core and should be hot when activated to do so, but she is correct DRVRS, side is blowing hot air and PASS,side only cold no matter what position it is in. ANY HELP?
Thanks Mike

Yep, sounds like bad actuators.

Next steps: Verify their performance against your control inputs.
