no cold air

Default no cold air
My A/C is blowing hot air. Last night I had my heat on and this morning I turn my A/C on full cold and is blowing hot air. I can feel hot air coming from the bottom vents even when the A/C is off. Freon is good and the compressor is kicking on.
Can it be the air mix door motor?
Any Help?
