This is one of the first things to do so we can narrow down the problem. If it cranks with relay bypassed (or swap with another of the same) then we know it'* good from there to starter. Then we work backwards. PNSS would be next. so on.

well i bypassed the relay, it started and i changed the "PNSS" with a brand new one. That didn't seem to be the issue. So what would come next? Ive also changed the relays, fuses and ignition switch.

well the security light will come on and go off but when i try again, it just pops back on. Could that actually be my problem? Because i thought that even with the security system activated, it would still crank when turning the key. Am i wrong on that one? That would be hilarious if it was the immobilizer this whole time XD

If it comes on for a couple seconds and goes out that is normal.
Do you have a scan tool? We need to see if the PCM is seeing a start signal.

Unfortunately i dont have the funds for a scan tool of that level. However i do own one of those obd2 plug-in'* and this is what it said on the app. (Look at the screenshots)

Default Fixed!!! *UPDATE*

So here'* a update. I actually figured out the problem, turns out the security system was triggered somehow and wasnt allowing the vehicle to crank. So i did some digging online and found out a way to reboot the security system. After about 30 minutes of that process, it worked and my car is now starting and running. I probably didnt need to replace half the things i already replaced but at least i wont have to worry about it later on. Now for my next project, i have to get a whole new exhaust system because i didnt realize until today that the exhaust pipe was severed from the catalytic converter. So i may have to go to a muffler shop but other than that. The vehicle is running. Thanks for the help.
