The problem was it was possible that a knee hit or heavier set of keys was potentially turning ignition to ACC position.
And I am going to post what repairs are needed here as well. (no re-keying necessary)
Only a longer plunger is required from what I understand.

After repair, they are still recommending a Key & key/fob only.

if you are worried about theft just out a hidden ign switch somewhere, that always works best on the shows. or they have those pin number immobilizers, looks way easier than two of those things
