Will these rims fit?

Looking at some rims for my bday, will these fit? I know they are off a GP and have the same bolt pattern, but what about offset?

The offset is different, but not that much different. I think Lakeville runs GP rims.

just an FYI....the GXP wheels are LARGER in the front than the back....so you will run into problems there

Yeah, I was just using that as an example. This is a "surprise" from my dad, which was "casually asked" by my brother (who actually came out and told me :P)
