I slapped the pump a few times to make it work again. No idea why it was not working before.

1993 SLE has disassembled and lubed it up a couple times in his car.

ouch, that sounds painful hehe anyways,

BOT, that might work, the motor might just be hitting a catch that will "unstick"itself when you tap it a few times, worth a try, and from what i heard, it doesnt take that long to do either

Hans, your car sat for a year. It'll have little 'stuck' things for awhile. Mine was stored for 5 years and had many issues like that.

yup I took it apart and cleaned it....that is what i recommend if it stops again

Does one have to remove the seat in order to remove the compressor?

It would make it easier..But I think you need to..I just taped it with a blunt object...works like a charm now

My lumbar and side bolsters work intermittently. It'* not a huge deal, but I was wondering why they weren't working all the time. I guess I'll try looking under the seat now.
