ALL CARS ARE ELECTRICAL. all cars mess up. Repeat this 100x'* for your punishment or your banned for driving your cars for the rest of the year.

This is true. I say 97 because I miss my old car. I liked it. 96-99 to me, even if its an SE, SLE, SSE or SSEi in those years, the environment is different. The 95'* fit the catagory too. The interior in the 95, if you all ever noticed, looks just like the 96-99. The seats arre more firm, the radio is a delco with the amber read display, they started with the charcoal black interior, and other stuff.

another thing to consider is the 96+ SSEi'* are pumpin 240 horsepower ..compared to 225 and 205 by the SSEi'* in previous years. If there'* the option, why not get more power? Vroom Vroom baby!

Honestly i'd give up the 15 peak HP for the 92-95 stylin. I coulda got a series II, 95 or 97, but i choose not to. 1994 has NO computer available for it Princess.

Here'* why i like 93 the best, and it'* not really influenced by my car. A few 93'* had the H4U package (me being one). The N10 muffler was still available, there'* no resonator, the computer is upgradeable, it has the 4t-60e tranny which as of late is being more reliable, it has the series I. Now the series I might not have the peak HP of the series II, but it'* got more lower RPM grunt, it doesn't have intake failures, and the exhaust note from the exhaust manifolds is better IMO. I could tell a difference in the upper RPM range in the series II cars i checked out, but I didn't think it was worth it.

In reality i'd be happy with anything really, but i just got lucky and found exactly what i wanted.

And the 93 was the last year of the PCM flash feature for pulling codes without a scantool, and the last year of the Auto Climate control diagnostics through the panel.
