I've only been warned once in my 7 yrs of driving here in MN for not having a front LP. I take them off first chance I get. Right now I have the front LP in my garage and it'* painted to match the car -from new from what I can tell -doesn't actually look too bad on the car as it is body color -the LP is a different story.

I'm going to relocate my front plate to the underside of the car.....There'* a loop hole in the MN law that doesn't say how it has to be displayed....just says it has to be displyed....I have a friend with a WS6 T/A and he put it under the front cross member and has never had a problem....and when he has it was dismissed because of the loop hole...Onlyproblem is i already have the holes now.....don't know how to get rif of them

I been thinking about the same thing. Move it down in front of the lower air intakes, instead of in the middle of the freakin' bumper. Why didn't GM do that in the first place?

I was thinking of placing it in my glove box with some 3m quick release adhesive so if I see flashing lights I can speed off the road park put it on the front quickly then get back in and ask the officer if there is a problem.
