Search would yield TONS of results for blocking off air on a CAI system or you can use a better system and go with a FWI (fenderwell intake). Just search, and you shall receive.
Not sure on the bushings, but to guess I'd say Will is talking about polyurethane sway bar bushings, made by energy suspension. These replace the factory rubber (I think they're some kind of rubber...) bushings that allow too much "squishing" vs. the harder PU bushings. Again, search would do you wonders.

97 bonni , thank you my bonneville brother for the info , i will be looking to do some of those mods as soon as i can . i did not mean to shout as it was put , it was me typing without checking to see if the caplocks was on or off , my badd sorry
