Lay off the caps :P

Search would yield TONS of results for blocking off air on a CAI system or you can use a better system and go with a FWI (fenderwell intake). Just search, and you shall receive.

Not sure on the bushings, but to guess I'd say Will is talking about polyurethane sway bar bushings, made by energy suspension. These replace the factory rubber (I think they're some kind of rubber...) bushings that allow too much "squishing" vs. the harder PU bushings. Again, search would do you wonders.

Your exhaust is already stainless steel. It is one of the best features of H-body GM cars. They acquire a thin layer of corrosion as they age, but they do not (at least that we have ever heard of) rust through.
