Top speed limit of a stock 2000 SSEI?
I have seen a 92 SSEi achieve 135 before hitting the brakes, STOCK, and it came with Z-rated tires. WIth the Hypertech chip in, it wouldn't do better than 128. I assume Hypertech thought the tires were H-rated.
I was a passenger, BTW, kinda scary

I know us N/A could do it too with proper tires!
Just put tires and a "supercharged" badge on there, you'll make it!!

I haven't taken my SSEi to the limit yet but if I did I think 128 would be just fine.
