The LN3 and L27 long blocks are about the same with a few very minor changes... There were some good improvements with the intake system for the L27... Otherwise the engines are a lot more alike than people think...

When I put the CAI on my car it now sounds like it growls at you when I start her up or take off from a light. I like the way it sounds

i'll agree. the CAI gave it a whole new sounds, but thats just because we hear the intake now.
