To cold to get much done today.
Did the oil pressure mod right away.

Put my 105# springs in.

Installed the push rods.

Then the rockers.

Got the ported LIM in place.

Finished up the front end. Need to pick up gaskets for the supercharger, so I just set it in place until next week.

Stuck the headers on as well, just to get them out of the way.

Looks like its coming together!
I don't have gaskets on mine... I have RTV'd the supercharger onto the IC the last 2-3 times.
I'm a little iffy on that oil pressure mod. Do you or Bill know how it raises the oil pressure? Whether it actually raises it or just tricks the engine into thinking it'* higher? Just curious...

I see how that would increase the pressure, but it also seems to me like it would bring some added negatives with it like restricting the flow of oil or something since you are raising the required pressure to open the valve.

It'* just a plunger with a spring. When the oil pressure goes up, the plunger moves and the oil runs back in to the oil pan instead of going up. So it holds the pressure more steady.

Soon it'll be alive again.
