well is simple. any/most of the Modeled reflector HLs are better then the Cut glass ones.
Also leves headway for doing HIDs with projectors

The eyebrows are part of the headlights You'll need to buy the lights themselves. You can easily make the eyebrows the way he did it.

Pat, nice work. I like the smooth glass of the 96-99 headlights. The only thing that doesn't look right on that other guy'* car is where it meets the grill. And the light bulges out in front of the grill from the side view. But I'd swap for the clean look of the lights.
