I think I am right.......But you were able to retrofit the 92-95 bracket onto the 96-99 HL?

furthermore, the 92-95 headlamp brackets are different than the 96-99 brackets. So, all the members that have made conversions over to the 96-99 style for their 92-95 have had to make custom brackets.
