is this with or without the performance shift button engaged? i know its a lil different with the powerband.

Why is it that you guys need 6k RPM to go 50MPH? I can do it with 5k. I try not to let my baby go past 5k when shifting, and 1-2 is just a hair under 50mph [whiplash prevents me from really watching the speedo ].

Because at 50mph or mid 40'* most of us are at our redline. In you're case LN3 is aroun 5200rpm. The ser 2 redlines at 6000rpm. However, shift points are always below the redline.
