Default passenger heat vent removal

how do you remove the passenger side vents?

i removed the driver side by just pulling on them... the passenger side wont come out.. i tried with a key under it it removed the carbon fiber trim.. thats all


any idea?

Pull the covers off the vents and there are two metal tabs, one on top and on bottom, you have to press in to remove the vents themselves

Thinking about it, the tabs might be on the sides. Either way, there are two tabs

i didnt end up trying.. but i saw the clips they are on the sides

i took the driver side ones apart into peices cleaned them very good and gave them a nice steaming job it was unreal the amount of dust inside of them.. kinda disgusting lol

but maybe ill finish them today.. ill let you know if they come out lol

i got busy wiring up the turn signal mirror one side is done

Looks nice. You should add the video to your mirror thread, just to keep everything on track. I'm sure the other would love to see how it turned out

i will when im done.. should be next week when i get the mirror in.. thanks to "sawgunner"

i might also take a video of how to remove/install the mirror
how to remove/install door panels and also where i wired it..

i didnt wanna touch the harness and look for which one controls the signals.. so i tapped the wires to the flasher button works like a charm
