Default Part question (T2V PS vs. non-T2V)

I have a "normal" PS pump on hand, and while taking mine out, noticed it had little electrical connectors attached to it. I need my car to be useable by this evening, and since the proper pump is gonna be hard to find, I was just going to downgrade to the regular pump and just leave the connectors unattached. Are there any drawbacks to this, other than less fancy steering?

This is for my 96 SSEi. Thanks!

You will need increased steering effort (about 30% more) in parking lots/slow speeds.
