Default OTC 4000e Diagnostic System

What all is it capable of i have messed around with it a little bit but i was given one as a gift brand new still has original training video im gonna check out in a bit. I understand it is obd1 basically anything pre 95 i can scan. Someone told me it was a pretty expensive system but im not tryin to make money off it i just wanna learn to use it lol.
