How long have those heads been sitting? Any rust? Valves still free?

Food for thought... visible differences between 92 & 93 L67 are minimal.

Different bolts (no collar and thread size), guide plates (do the 93 cradle the pushrods like this?) , and depression around the oil drain hole above the spring.

here are my 93 SSE SC heads. Going to look at the old 93 SSEi heads and the new motor that'* in the car (since i am not sure if it is a 92 or 94 motor)

Would it be worth $40 for a set of 94/95 heads, or are just the roller rocker portion needed from them?

And will L27 parts fit L67 for atleast the roller rocker portion?

JF, the heads are what you want IF you intend to upgrade rockers. The 94/95 Rollers from an L67 or 93/94 rollers from an L27 will bolt right to it yours. Both the SSE/SC
and SSEi will have non-rollers for 93.

Looking at those parts in your pic, they look like they've been deep-fried. Did that car
overheat or go too long between oil changes at some point?
