We merged BonnevilleForum with the empty GMForum to try and draw in a larger crowd. The header with the Caddy was what was already here, we just added the Bonneville Club part. GMForum in no way took control of the site.

This is a business, and to get more people to pay supporter fees, they need to appeal to a larger audience. Bonneville and Pontiac are no longer produced, so the group will not grow any more, to to increase profit, they need to include brands that are still selling cars.

We were already looking at ways to expand the site by adding Grand Prix, Monty carlo, Buick, etc. GMforum was the answer. We are still the same car club, but now have far more options.

We bought the near empty site. It looked like a good match for what alot of us had been talking about, bringing other Pontiac, Buick, and Olds models that use the 3800 engine in. Of which we have the most definitive Tech Info and experienced Mod Techs around. We already have alot of Other Brand/Models members and decided to take a giant step instead of a baby one. No former owners or Staff of GMForum came with the deal. We wiped the pre-existing Sections clean, and added them to our database. Either web address still works, the Staff is the same. We will be putting up a new Header and icons of our own soon. Still and always the Bonneville Club, now with GM side orders a plenty....... Want fries with dat.

Actually... I think that they should've dropped Cadillac. Because, I've noticed, in my opinion, that Cadillac is turning into a more performance orientated brand, with their "V" editions, or whatever you call it, trim. Well, wasn't performance Pontiac'* thing? Huh? Huh? And yeah, Olds did need to go, in my opinion, they didn't do much.
