They make "under the back seat" boxes for both crew and extended cab silverados/sierras that sound great with the correct sub (I have seen them tuned for JL W1, W3, and W7 subs.) Then get yourself a decent set of replacement speakers for the front doors and depending on the sound you want, some filler speakers for the pillars. Amps can by mounted on the wall behind the back seat (sometimes even hidden in the air vent). I've got Alpine *-types in the truck running off a "good" head unit and they sound great with the added bass from a W3. The cost on that system to me was almost nothing. JL also makes the "TW5" specifically for regular cab pickups. You can cram two of them behind the seat and they will rock your world.

If you want to hear a truly exceptional system, I've got a full Hertz/Audison sound system in my car (imported from Italy). If you aren't familiar with the brand, its what they use in exotic cars like the Lambo'* and Ferrari'*. The speakers have no limit... They are the only brand of all tested that could produce sound quality good enough to meet the very demanding guidelines and also survive being put on an electronic noise generator at full blast.

looks like that one was offroaded then put the stock size tires back on. normal people dont put bumpers on like that. you want one that doesnt have trailer connectors no, or factory hitch, no mods, looks like it was never touched.

No, she does want the factory hitch. It'* what mine has. Class-IV with 7pin trailer hookup. Nice stuff, right out of the gate.

For an Avalanche you want a NBH (No body hardware) like this.

But if want something that in my opinion doesn't look like a retarded Silverado you just paint the cladding like this.

that didnt come out right, yes she wants the factory hitch or no hitch because the factory one are not nice, they are known to bend under any real load. and she doesnt want one that the brake control was hooked up to(holes in the dash). she doesnt want one that has a plow, has been offroaded, etc.. all these things indicate theve been beaten hard and put away wet. all these things are hard on suspension and drivetrain, transfercase, trans, enigne, etc.. all these things are very expensive to repair.

you want one were you can start the wear yourself, that way you know what to expect. one that looks as if it was only used to cart someone around town because they just wanted to drive a truck.

I beg to differ. I've towed 8500 on my factory hitch with no problems. Not from the hitch anyway.
