Default need a part #

Ok, this is kind-of hard to explain but i'm going to try my best....

The part # i'm looking for is for a peice that goes underneath the front bumper to support it. It is a black piece and goes the enitre width of the front bumper. It has about 6 screws that hold it in place.

I know that willwren and I talked about it only being $10 from GMPartsDirect.com but we didn't talk about specifically what it was or the # of it.

Just took it off my car and would like to have a new one on asap! Thanks!

Mine is missing since I bought the car. Is it necessary?

Probably above 125mph. I noticed it when I changed out the busted up one for the new one.

I wasn't kidding either. It made a noticable difference.
