Rjolly, I'm nothing but factual! I tried having it stopped sooner but GM keep saying I had to bring it back to continue fixing their mess ups. Unfortunetley in the DFW area legal counsel is rather expensive. I've got some info sent to the AG and got the local DFW media involved. We will see where it goes...Be sure to stop by the Facebook page!
You can also follow the story on the General Motors Facebook as I question them nearly daily as I get updates in my case. I currently have a few conversations happening, they deleted most of them when I busted out facts.

I sit on the supplier advisory council for GM CCA (Customer Care and Aftersales, used to be called Service Parts Operations) and interface with them on a regular basis at the director and executive director level. I won't release names and email addresses because I won't jeopardize my relationship with these people, but I will forward an email to a couple of individuals who will take it to the top of the ladder. They are very passionate about resolving issues like this.

Spoke with office manager of certain executive at GM today. Tomorrow I'm supposed to hear from unnamed for now executive. Will update with new info tomorrow! Thanks for the help and support everyone!
