Remove one quart of oil and dump a whole can of Seafoam in it. Drive around for a day and change the oil.

I did that at first but that was when I was leaking oil so the SeaFoam probably did get a full run threw on the oil. So I will try it again here in a month or so, or I may also try a quart of Transmission fluid. But I need to get caught up on a few things before I change the oil again. I don't think it will hurt to put it off for a month or so. Also I am gonna be changing my plugs and wire first. My car only got 205 miles to a tank of gas. That is worse then most pick ups.
