Is it shift really hard just on light throttle? and once it begin, it never stop until you restart the car ?
may be a bad pressure solenoid? (im just bringing options)
Mine was doing this, ...and it took a while before i got a code for it, like 1 month, it was intermittent.

Yes, that'* what it did. Then I let it sit for about an hour or so and it did fine after that.
