check out my CAI if you want
I used a CiViC intake and a 3" to 3" adapter to make it fit snug
then i drilled a hole for the IAT sensor

I think Tim’* solution is currently the best solution.

I thought I said that?

Get a civic pipe slap it on and go. Easy as that. I will however go find the exact best pipe and make an end product. The civic solution might not work for some but it should be very close.


The actual intake size is the issue. If I remember right it was something like 2 1/4 but I will have to dig up my numbers. I plan to get a pipe that is closer to the actual; size of the intake and all that fun stuff.



Ok ok I called my other buddy who'* friend used to make race car chassis and he might have a pipe bender that is just what we need I will have an answer by next week. If you cant wait go for the civic idea I will sell pipes separately so if you really have to you can swap in a perfect fit pipe later. The big trick for true CAI will come later.
