Default Info on 95 with a */C

I am goin to look at a 95 Bonneville with a 3.8 */C. What things should I look for? The car has 124k on it and the owner is only asking $1500 for it.

No issues with anything engine related other than it should develop about 8psi of boost at WOT with no hesitation.

The most important thing to watch for is shift quality, and what the trans fluid looks/smells like. You want pink fluid after driving for a bit, with no burnt smell. Pay particular attention to the 1-2 shift. 4T60E'* usually burn out the 2nd gear clutches before anything else.

I'll move your topic to General Chat. This section is reserved for mechanical problems.
