Default Improved MPG

YESSSSS!
I am getting 24 mpg HWY since new 02 sensor, fuel filter change, and air filter cleaning..
I am happy with that since I often wear my pair of shoes that have the lead sole in them.

Earlier in the year, I reported getting 17 mpg....

what a difference

That shows you just how much difference a regular tune up and maintenance schedule really makes.

It'* a good reminder to all.

Wow! That is a pretty good improvement from 17mpg. Reminds me I should do that on the van

This is why I tell my brother he needs to do a tune-up. He complains about 17mpg constantly.

Being too cheap to perform needed tune ups can also decrease the useful life of your car. The reason some things are called "preventive maintenance" is that they prevent breakdowns. The cost of preventive maintenance is small compared to the cost to repair breakdowns.

Learn this lesson well and all your cars will be nicer to you and last longer.

24 is pretty rotten if that'* all highway. I can hit 30+ at 70-75 all Highway. Both cars.
