Default I Need Some Advice

Ok...well to be blunt about it...Im pretty hard on my car. Some of you who have talked to me, can obviously tell that lol I just was wondering if there is anything out there that I should buy that I dont already have to help the longevity of my motor/trans...I already replaced my motor once which is why I have an L32 now, and I had my tranny rebuilt already...nothin additional, just a basic rebuild...Anybody got any ideas??

what exactly does a complete tune up consist of...I really dont feel like payin someone else to do sometin if I can do it myself you know? Im switchin over to synthetic oil before I get her back on the road...and Im going to run sum Seafoam thru her too, so I'll replace my plugs and stuff then, but what else is necessary for a tune up

Spark plugs and wires are changed in a tuneup, and check the ohms of the ignition coils when changing it all. I don't think cars should really be high maintenance. With most, you can just drive and do oil changes every 3K miles with other things like coolant and transmission flushes every 30K miles or so.

just keep up on maintenance, and fix all the problems when they arise and it could last you for a long time, no matter how hard you drive i can believe my bonnie survived what i put it threw
