Hi,
I got my 97 bonnie 4 days ago, and the second day i had it the transmission slipped for a second when i was going uphill with the wheel cut the whole way over. I've driven it 300 miles since then and it hasn't done it again. If it does go bad, how much is a new transmission? I work at a dealer so I can get labor for $30 an hour and get 20% off on all parts.
Thanks again

Just curious, on the highway in fourth gear my bonneville can range from 2000 rpm to 3000 rpm depending on how hard I press the gas. When I'm accelerating it'll go up to 3000, then when I stop it'll drop back to 2000. Anyone else'* behave like this?
Thanks for the info Lakeville, my Bonneville is a N/A.

And if you let off the gas and get back on it the cars going back into overdrive. When You let off the gas the Overdrive turns off.
