N/A cars seem to have a fudge factor between 108 and 114.

I've been @ 109, and I didn't feel like sending her down the governed road.... It didn't slow me at that.

my stock SSEi, i had it going 110 mph, the governer kicked in and ruined my fun!
And is there a way to make the HUD go higher than that?!
