Default Help Problems!

I washed my engine today very well, and about 3 hours later i had to drive 5 mins away to drop my brother off, i noticed when driving and the RPMs are at about 2500 and above the car stutters, and hesitates when i floor it, the problem basically goes away....what could be the problem?

Not sure what your problem could be, but when you washed your engine did you cover up electrical components.I think someone on this site had a problem with getting their coil packs wet or something,I could be wrong it was awhile back .

Yeah if you hear a *tick* sound that means that one of your wires.. or coils is shorting to ground and isnt giving spark to your cumbustion chamber.. This problem will go away when the engine is dry and its nothing to worrie about. :(

That'* why I don't wash my engine w/ water. I just don't want to get any problems. I worry I'll flood it or get something wet I shouldn't.

But fortunately it sounds like you don't have a big problem.
