i have a Valve tap Knock.... isn't that usually a bad pushrod or lifter of rocker?

Yes... but replacing both heads won't have ANY effect on bad pushrods or lifters, only on bad rockers. To do the lifters you need to remove the lower intake, both valve covers, and loosen the bolts for the rockers. Ever seen a pushrod fail and leave the car drivable? No.

It'* possible there'a a colapsed lifter.

Rocker? Not so mcuh.

I may have missed it in a different thread, but could you explain your symptoms again please?

but i will try to get a video of it, its weird cuz once the car worms up and is hot you can barly here it.
