Heads interchangable on a Vin C Left to right

I have got the crazy notion of putting a beloved 3800 C engine into a Jeep Cherokee and am trying to work out some of the bugs.

I am wondering if the Heads on a Vin C engine is interchangable from left to right.

Do you mean putting the front Cylinder Head on the rear Cylinder Bank, and putting the rear Cylinder head on the front Cylinder Bank? *runs to basement to look at heads.* It would work, but there are two things you have on one that the other doesn't. The A/C Compressor Bracket.. that is on the front, but not the rear. One of the exhaust pieces bolts to the rear head. Now, I am sure you could make it work... but I don't know if that A/C bracket is structural to the Compressor.
